I'm a Full-Stack Developer and aspiring MLOps Engineer based in Zürich, Switzerland, with a unique background that combines over a decade of active trading experience with formal culinary training and now, software development.
My journey started in Michelin-starred kitchens across Greece and Switzerland, where I developed discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure. Parallel to my culinary career, I've been actively trading stocks and cryptocurrencies since 2019, developing deep expertise in technical analysis, risk management, and market psychology.
Now, I'm channeling these experiences into building intelligent FinTech solutions. Currently enrolled in Code Institute's Full-Stack Software Development program with an AI Cores specialization, I'm learning to combine machine learning with full-stack development to create data-driven applications for financial markets.
